The Prolific Prep basketball team advanced to the next round of the Grind Session Championships beating Pace Academy 90-57 Friday night in Las Vegas. The Crew were lead by Sophomore sensation Tyran Stokes who had a triple double with 13 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists. AJ Dybantsa lead the team in scoring with 18 points followed by Cory Connor who had 15 points.
The next game up for coach Ryan Bernardi’s team is against the winner of the Ft Erie vs Accelerated Prep game on Sunday afternoon at 3:15pm. If the boys win that game on Sunday they advance to the finals of the Grind Session Championships in Chicago next weekend March 16th and 17th. Prolific Prep is trying to be the first ever back to back champions of the Grind Session in the leagues 10 year history.
